Brief Summary:
In 1992 with the end of the Soviet Union, the people of the U.S. were promised a peace dividend. It never arrived. Instead we got more wars, an out-of-control military, and harbingers of a police state. This film tells what happened and why. It exposes the enormous waste of our military spending, the unnecessary wars, the fraudulent War On Terror, the takeover of all our government and social institutions by the military-industrial-security-media complex. It will show how this only guarantees more squandering of our national wealth, impoverishment of everyday citizens, and endless conflict across the globe.
Most importantly, this film explains exactly what everyday people can do to stop this grotesque abuse of power.
