The reactions we get when we tell people that they’ve been defrauded by the promoters of endless war, and thus are due a $20,544 refund, are to say the least often rather disturbing. Apparently most folks are so confused by the disinformation and propaganda they get 24/7 from the corporate media, they can’t imagine being treated fairly and with respect.
This is understandable. Based on a perfect record of total arrogance, lack of remorse, avoiding responsibility, passing the buck, piling excuse upon excuse and lie upon lie, refusing to acknowledge error or ever apologize, it does seem implausible that those in power would actually do the right thing, own up to their crimes against the American people, and issue the requisite Peace Dividend Refund checks. What we’ve come to expect is more obfuscation, distortions, smearing, malicious assaults on the truth, wild accusations, and in the case of the demand we’re making now for compensation, probably a temper tantrum unlike any ever seen before in history. The establishment will come after the entire Peace Dividend awakening locked-and-loaded, both barrels blazing with more huff, bluff, deceit and treachery than anyone previously imagined possible.
So let’s be perfectly clear.

The Peace Dividend Refund is not helicopter money.
The Peace Dividend Refund is not Covid-19 relief money.
The Peace Dividend Refund is not socialism or communism.
The Peace Dividend Refund is A REFUND OF OUR OWN MONEY, ILL-GOTTEN, TAKEN FROM US BY TRICKERY AND DECEPTION, THEN SQUANDERED by the DOD and monomaniacal empire builders. We everyday citizens have not benefited from this abuse of power. We have been SERIOUSLY HARMED by this abuse of power.
We are not safer. We are poorer!
A family of four will have more than $82,000 refunded! This is money they should have had all along to buy clothes and food, a nicer home, or maybe to put away for a college education.
The Peace Dividend Refund is social and economic justice. It’s about fairness. It’s about people over profits! It’s about treating citizens with dignity — every single one of us! It’s about not conning everyday folks into fighting wars to protect corporate profits, or bilking working people out of their hard-earned money to be the planet’s big bad bully, to intimidate and attack everyone who has the audacity to disagree with the U.S. on how they should run their own country. It’s about honesty, truth and justice, and living up to the values we preach to the rest of the world.
The Peace Dividend Refund is predicated on the accountability and integrity we expect of those in power. No one is above the law. Anyone in public office should be held to the highest legal and moral standards.
And because over the past 30 years, individuals in decision-making roles determining the military and diplomatic direction of the U.S. have intentionally abused our trust to the detriment of the majority of everyday citizens . . .
The Peace Dividend Refund is REDRESS FOR GROSS, CRIMINAL MALFEASANCE. It is a proper and direct fulfillment of constitutional requirements and mandates. This is not some reinterpretation or addendum to the Constitution. It is the Constitution in action, protecting every citizen’s right to fair and equitable treatment.
Keep this thought first and foremost in your head: The Peace Dividend Refund is NOT GOVERNMENT DOING US SOME BIG FAVOR. It is returning to us our own money — money which should have never been impounded in the first place — money taken from individuals and families, then used to fight illegal and unnecessary wars, build 800+ bases all over the world, kill tens of thousands of innocent people, and going on a three-decade buying spree of weapons we will never need to properly and successfully defend our nation.
Remember: We took the people in charge at their word. They laid it on thick for three decades. And looking at the current DOD plans and spending priorities, listening to the crybabies in the military who just can’t squeak by on $ 1+ trillion a year whining for even more, they’re still laying it on thick.
Yes, we trusted them and we shouldn’t have. Because just about everything we’ve been told about what it takes to be safe, be strong, and be a force of good in this world is a lie. The endless wars are a lie and the exploding defense budgets are a fraud. It’s taken a while but we’ve caught them red-handed and now the time of reckoning has arrived.
The citizens of our country have been patient. They’ve watched the warmongering pigs at the trough of U.S. tax dollars feeding like there’s no tomorrow.
Well, guess what? They’re right! There is no tomorrow. Time is up. No more cheating us, no more squandering vast sums of OUR MONEY. No more continuing to keep the U.S. on a permanent war footing.
